Upon termination of your account for cause, betpk111 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account if such balance is reasonably believed to have been derived from prohibited conduct. In all other cases of account closure, betpk111 will return any legitimate remaining balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your betpk111 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

betpk111 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit the rights of any Philippine regulatory authority.
